Prepare for a unique blend of coaching and western humanistic psychology, approaches to spiritual awakening from eastern and shamanic traditions, entrepreneurial and leadership insights, inquiry, meditation, and embodiment techniques.

Our retreat focuses on experiential learning complemented by practical skills, self-inquiry, and the social benefit of journeying with a group of like-hearted women leaders. Gain valuable new perspectives from both yourself and your fellow travelers. How is the Retreat designed?

• Create Space: Explore the interplay between your professional and personal life.

How does it work?

The group consists of you +15 women leaders. After application, you are invited to an individual meeting about your challenges and what you wish to gain from the program.

The program starts with an online session. We establish the group and build trust and look at the collection of our issues.

A few weeks later, we embark on our 6 day-offsite-journey with your fellow companions to Eremito Monastery Hotel, a beautiful nature setting in Umbria, Italy.

7:00am: Morning Meditation / Movement / Breathwork

8:00am – 10:00am: Breakfast & Personal Time

10.00am – 1.30pm: Group Session

1.30pm – 3.00pm: Lunch & Rest

3.00pm – 7.00pm: Group Session

In the evenings, there will be group discussions and inspirational talks. Our schedule allows for flexibility and can be adjusted by the facilitators, based on the needs of the group.

A month later, we gather again for a follow up and deepening of the insights.
