Our mind is constantly active, often spinning in circles or at a speed that does not allow us to stop and reflect, this is also due to the contexts in which we live: the noise and visual pollution and the cognitive media bombardment to which we are constantly subjected often make our thoughts convulsive and superficial.
We are unlikely to be able to immerse ourselves in a deeper level of listening and awareness: like the image of the rippled surface of the lake that does not allow us to see beyond, an agitated mind will not allow us to connect with ourselves.
The ancestral antidotes to this condition have always been: the return to nature, physical and mental practices such as yoga and meditation and the practice of silence.
During this three-day retreat we will alternate these antidotes in a wise way with the addition of the sound vibration produced by Tibetan bells which, like a balm, will make the experience even more intense and healing.
Led by Federico Insabato, an expert yoga and meditation teacher, we will immerse ourselves in a joyful and fruitful silence, which, like a blessing for our mind, will allow us to access states of relaxation and awareness never experienced before.
Silence will not be a coercive obligation, but rather the possibility of listening to something else. At any time, it will be possible to discuss with the leaders, if necessary, and in the evening there will be a moment of dialogue to share the experiences made, until we reach the closing celebratory lunch.
The welcoming and suggestive rooms of Eremito together with its spa and the vegetarian monastic cuisine will pamper us throughout our stay, making the experience a daydream.
