Road Map to Eremito in english

By Air:

Rome Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport (about 2 hours)

Firenze Airport (about 2 hours)

Perugia (about 1 1/2 hours)

By Car:

Exit FABRO on the A1 Milano-Napoli motorway. Before reaching the exit at Fabro, please remember to call us! (+39 0763 891010).

Once exited Fabro gate toll, turn immediately left, direction Fabro Scalo. After 2 km you will arrive at a roundabout, follow signs for Parrano.

Once you have traveled 5 km (road SP 52), on the right side of the road, you will find a sign for “La Casella”.
Follow this dirt road always towards “La Casella” for 5.5 km alongside the river

After about 10 min, you will arrive at a square under a huge oak tree, just before entering the bridge on the river. Twenty meters before the bridge, on the left side,

there is a small bridge with Eremito sign, follow the arrow and turn left for another 2.5 km.

You will arrive in the valley where you will find our parking area.

Upon request, we will pick you up in a 4×4 car to cover the last 700 meters together, or if you wish you can reach us walking.

By Train:

Nearest station: FABRO FICULLE.

From Florence and from Rome main stations there are approximate trains every 2 hours. You must take a regional train for the line Rome-Florence and viceversa. The journey is approximately 1.30 mins from Rome and 1.50 mins from Florence.

Also from Perugia 1.30 min with a change at Terontola-Cortona. For details please check: trenitalia.com.
